According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from Saraya al-Salam media office confirmed the arrest, stating that the suspect was wanted under Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law. The suspect has been handed over to the Samarra Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Department for further legal procedures.
