Baghdad: The Secretary-General of the Generations Coalition, MP Mohammed Saadoun Al-Sayhoud, has extended his congratulations to the Iraqi people on the successful execution of the recent elections. He emphasized that this success represents a significant victory for Iraqi democracy and is a true reflection of the people’s free will in selecting their representatives.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Sayhoud, in a press statement, highlighted the importance of the peaceful transfer of power as a cornerstone in strengthening the democratic system. He described it as a crucial step towards advancing the processes of reconstruction, development, and services under the leadership of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’a Al-Sudani.

Al-Sayhoud also noted that the substantial voter turnout demonstrated national awareness and a genuine desire to promote stability and reconstruction. He further stressed that the upcoming phase necessitates collective efforts to sustain achievements and fulfill the citizens’ aspirations for a prosperous and secure Iraq.
