Baghdad: The Secretary-General of Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq Movement, Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, emphasized today the need to expedite the formation of the next government, especially following the announcement of the Coordination Framework for the Largest Bloc.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the media office of the Secretary-General of Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq Movement released a statement indicating that Sheikh Qais al-Khazali received French Ambassador Patrick Durel and his delegation at his office in Baghdad. During this meeting, the Ambassador congratulated Sheikh al-Khazali on the success of the democratic process, highlighting the victory of the Sadiqun Movement and its significant role in the political landscape. He also acknowledged the progress of the electoral process and the security and political stability in Iraq.

The statement further noted that al-Khazali emphasized the importance of swiftly forming the next government, particularly after the coordination framework of the largest bloc was announced.
