Gaza: The Gaza Government Media Office has declared that the region is facing a severe humanitarian crisis due to ongoing restrictions on food supplies.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Office reported that only 200 trucks are allowed to enter the Gaza Strip each day, and these do not carry essential food supplies needed by the population.

The Gaza Government Media Office accused Israel of using inadequate reasons to block food aid from reaching those in need within the Strip. The Office emphasized the severity of the situation, labeling it a humanitarian catastrophe. They further accused Israel of continuing what they described as genocide by preventing necessary food supplies from entering the region.

The Office also highlighted that Israel is not complying with the terms of an existing agreement, which was implemented 55 days ago, intended to facilitate the flow of aid into Gaza. The ongoing restrictions have exacerbated the crisis, leaving many without access to adequate nutrition and essential resources.
