Al-Mandalawi Focuses on Constitutional Justice and Institutional Reform in Meeting with Accountability Commission Head


Baghdad: The First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mohsen al-Mandalawi, engaged in discussions with Dr. Basim al-Badri, the Head of the Accountability and Justice Commission, focusing on local developments and forthcoming national priorities.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting took place at al-Mandalawi’s office, where both parties deliberated on critical issues concerning stability enhancement, constitutional justice principles, and support for institutional reform. Al-Mandalawi underscored the necessity for the upcoming government to be robust and effective, with the capability to execute its programs based on a clear vision and professional standards. These standards should align with the economic and service-related challenges confronting the nation.



Al-Mandalawi further highlighted the importance of improving living standards, developing infrastructure, and bolstering trust between citizens and state institutions through realistic and transparent policies. He also emphasized adhering to constitutional timelines and procedures to expedite the government’s necessary formation steps.
