Ghana: Ghanaian security forces arrested self-proclaimed prophet Ebo Noah, who called for the construction of an ark to save people from a flood he claimed would occur on Christmas Eve, December 25th. A photo of the alleged prophet in handcuffs while in police custody circulated on social media.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, in a widely shared video, Ebo Noah claimed that God had warned him the world would end on December 25, 2025. He explained his prophecy, saying the destruction would come as a result of torrential rains and floods. He added that God had commanded him to build boats to save people, and that he had already built 10 boats for this purpose.

On his Instagram account, which has around 32,000 followers, he identifies himself as ‘Ebo Noah.’ He also posted a video on YouTube last August titled ‘What Will Happen and How It Will Happen,’ in which he made similar claims. Later, it was revealed that the ship he built did not belong to him.
