Baghdad: The Ministry of Defense announced that 21 artillery shots will be fired in the capital, Baghdad, tomorrow morning, Tuesday, to commemorate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Iraqi Army.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry stated that the Iraqi artillery will conduct the firings as part of the celebratory events for this national occasion. The Ministry further noted that the sounds of the firings may be heard in several areas of the capital.
The Ministry called on citizens to take note, emphasizing that these firings are part of the celebrations commemorating the founding of the Iraqi Army and pose no danger.
