According to National Iraqi News Agency, a presidential statement revealed that President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid met with Speaker of Parliament Haibat al-Halbousi in Baghdad, with Deputy Speaker Farhad al-Atroushi also present. During the meeting, the President congratulated al-Halbousi and his deputies on gaining the confidence of Parliament members and expressed his wishes for their success in fulfilling their constitutional duties.
