Abu dhabi: Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani, engaged in discussions with Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates, focusing on strengthening the relations between Iraq and the UAE.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed Masrour Barzani, who is visiting the UAE to participate in the World Government Summit in Dubai. Their meeting took place at Al Bahr Palace in Abu Dhabi, where they explored various aspects of the relationship between the UAE and Iraq, particularly the Kurdistan Region, and deliberated on enhancing cooperation to benefit both nations.
The dialogue also touched upon the significance of the World Government Summit’s agenda, emphasizing its role as a global platform for exchanging ideas to enhance government functions and tackle global challenges. Barzani and Sheikh Mohammed exchanged views on several issues of mutual interest during their meeting.
