Hilla: One person was killed and two others were injured in a dispute over a generator among neighbors in the Al-Ibrahimiyah area of Al-Hashimiyah district, south of Hilla, late Tuesday evening.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Director of Media for the Babylon Police, Colonel Ammar Al-Shammari, stated that a fight erupted among neighbors concerning a generator, resulting in the death of one person and injuries to two others. The incident took place in the Al-Ibrahimiyah area of the Al-Hashimiyah district.

Colonel Al-Shammari further mentioned that the police have transferred the deceased’s body to the forensic medicine department. An investigation into the incident has been initiated to uncover further details surrounding the dispute and the subsequent violence.
