Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi affirmed today, Sunday, that Iranian military forces are more prepared and capable than in the previous war, explaining that a multi-layered and decentralized defense system allows them to determine the time and method of ending the war themselves.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Araqchi stated in a press conference: “We lost a number of our commanders, and this is a fact, but another fact is that there has been no change in our military capabilities.”

He added, “This time, in less than two hours, we began our retaliation by attacking Israeli targets and American bases, and we are continuing on this path.”

He continued, “Our military forces are in their positions and are sufficiently capable of defending our country; in fact, they are more prepared and capable than in the previous war.”
