Karbala: Karbala Police Command has detained 22 Arab nationals for violating residency regulations within the province.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a police statement indicated that the operation was conducted by a joint committee. This committee comprised the Residency Department, the Iraqi National Intelligence Service, the Intelligence Directorate, and the Immigrants Division.

The statement further elaborated that the detainees have been handed over to the Residency Affairs Department, specifically the Deportation Division, to complete the necessary legal procedures against them. These procedures will be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions.
