Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani affirmed that “the state, through its institutions, alone possesses the right to decide on war and peace.”
According to National Iraqi News Agency, in a speech at the beginning of the cabinet meeting on Tuesday, al-Sudani stated that the government will firmly oppose any party attempting to involve Iraq in conflicts. He emphasized the importance of achieving the supreme interests of the Iraqi people.
