Baghdad: The Ministry of Education and the Federal Integrity Commission have introduced specialized programs aimed at fostering a culture of ethical commitment and reinforcing the principles of professional integrity.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Education, through the General Directorate of Vocational Education, has rolled out training programs titled "Ethical Obligations and Integrity Assessment." These initiatives are a collaborative effort with the Federal Integrity Commission and are supervised by the Director General of Vocational Education, Salam Al-Jazaeri. The programs are designed to enhance the educational work environment and ensure effective job performance standards.

The Ministry of Education's media office emphasized that coordination with the Commission was crucial in implementing these programs. Directors and teachers from vocational secondary schools across five governorates-Dhi Qar, Baghdad, Nineveh, Diyala, and Najaf-participated in these initiatives.

The workshops addressed topics related to job responsibilities, prohibitions, and integrity assessment mechanisms. These discussions highlighted the importance of integrity in achieving justice and equal opportunities, as well as fostering trust among the administration, teaching staff, and students. The Ministry believes these efforts will lead to improved institutional performance and professional discipline.
