Denizli: An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale struck the Buldan district of Denizli province in western Turkey on Monday morning. The Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) reported that the earthquake occurred at 9:21 AM local time with its epicenter located in Buldan.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the earthquake's depth was approximately 7 kilometers below the surface. AFAD clarified that no information regarding casualties or damage had been received immediately following the earthquake and that they were monitoring the situation on the ground.
