Al-abara: A suspected terrorist was apprehended in Al-Abara, Diyala, through the collaborative efforts of the Diyala Police and the Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Directorate. The arrest was made under Article 4 of the Counter-Terrorism Law.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the arrest occurred in the Al-Abara district within the Al-Waqf Basin, located northeast of Baquba. The suspect has been transferred to the Diyala Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Directorate/Investigations Department for further legal proceedings in alignment with the law.
