Najaf: The first regiment of Diwaniyah police has been deployed to the Najaf Governorate to ensure the safety of visitors at the shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him).

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Diwaniyah Police announced that the First Emergency Regiment has been dispatched to Najaf as a measure to secure the pilgrims visiting the sacred site.
