Baghdad: Joint forces arrested two individuals wanted by the judiciary under Article 4 of the Counter-Terrorism Law in two separate security operations in the province.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a security source revealed that a joint force successfully apprehended one of the suspects in the Al-Mafraq area, west of Baquba. This arrest followed meticulous intelligence tracking, and the individual was subsequently handed over to the requesting authority to initiate legal proceedings.

Another arrest was executed by a collaborative security force, which included supporting security and intelligence agencies. The second individual, also wanted under Article 4 of the Counter-Terrorism Law, was captured and transferred to the relevant authorities to complete the necessary legal processes.
