Baghdad: Speaker of Parliament Haibat al-Halbousi and Minister of Finance Faleh al-Sari engaged in discussions on Tuesday regarding the mechanisms for preparing the 2027 federal budget.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the Speaker's media office released a statement indicating that Speaker Haibat al-Halbousi met with Minister Faleh al-Sari. The discussions focused on enhancing the financial and administrative performance of the ministry and outlining the mechanisms required for the preparation of the 2027 federal budget.
