Kirkuk Suspends Official Working Hours for Funeral Procession

Kirkuk: Kirkuk Governor Mohammed Saman Agha has directed that official working hours be suspended in all Kirkuk Governorate institutions and departments tomorrow, Wednesday. This suspension is to allow the people of Kirkuk to participate in the funeral procession of the martyr Sayyid Ali Khamenei (may God have mercy on him) and to prepare for the commemoration of the martyrdom of Imam Zain al-Abidin (peace be upon him) in Daquq District. This will be a message and a unified stance from all the people of Kirkuk.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the decision reflects the significance of the events being observed and aims to provide the community with the opportunity to pay their respects. The governorate's move underscores the importance placed on these religious and cultural observances within the region.
