Karbala: Popular and official crowds are flocking towards Karbala to participate in the final farewell to the martyred Sayyid Ali Khamenei.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the media committee for the funeral procession of Sayyid Ali Khamenei confirmed the influx of popular and official crowds towards the holy shrines of Imam Hussein and Abbas in Karbala. The gathering is part of the final farewell procession, and it is taking place amidst high-level organizational and security measures to ensure the smooth flow of movement.

The Supreme Committee responsible for organizing the funeral procession is continuing its diligent efforts to complete these ceremonies in a manner befitting Sayyid Ali Khamenei’s status in the holy province of Karbala. This follows the conclusion of the funeral procession for the martyred leader in the holy province of Najaf.
