Basra: The Basra Health Department has unveiled a specialized electronic platform named the “Medical Visitors Guide” as part of its strategy to ensure comprehensive health coverage during the Arba’een pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the department explained that the platform is designed to enhance service accessibility for pilgrims by mapping out the geographical locations of the nearest hospitals, health centers, and medical units along the pilgrimage routes. It also provides preventative guidelines and health alerts to assist visitors throughout the pilgrimage period.

The Basra Health Department highlighted that the application can be downloaded for free from both the Google Play and App Store. The department strongly encourages visitors to take advantage of this service to maintain a safe and healthy pilgrimage experience.
