Basra: A ministerial order has been issued to dismiss the assistant director general of technical affairs at the Ports Company and appoint Haitham Kazem as his replacement. Minister of Transport Wahab Salman al-Hassani has relieved Khalaf Abdul-Sada Finjan of his duties as Assistant Director General of Technical Affairs at the General Company for Iraqi Ports.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the order also appointed Chief Marine Engineer Haitham Kadhim Hadi as the new Assistant Director General of Technical Affairs. This change in leadership is part of a broader effort to enhance the operational efficiency and technical management of the ports.
