Kirkuk: The first direct flight from Kirkuk International Airport to Antalya has taken off. Kirkuk International Airport witnessed today the launch of its first direct flight to the Turkish city of Antalya on Iraqi Airways, marking the opening of a new air route added to the airport's network of international destinations.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the launch of this route comes in response to the increasing demand for travel during the summer season, with flights operating twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Fridays, to provide passengers with wider travel options.
