Baghdad: The governor of Wasit, Ali Hassan Salimoun, has directed that the procedures for distributing residential land be finalized within 24 hours. In a meeting held today with the committee responsible for the implementation of the Prime Minister's initiative to distribute one million residential plots, Salimoun discussed the locations and areas prepared for distribution.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Salimoun emphasized the need to complete the inventory of available land swiftly, resolve any conflicts, and streamline procedures among relevant departments to expedite the initiative's implementation. He highlighted his commitment to ensuring that Wasit is among the first governorates to execute the residential land distribution initiative successfully. Salimoun is focused on guaranteeing its swift completion while providing the best possible services to the citizens.
