Baghdad: The Najaf Health Department announced the successful completion of the second kidney transplant in the Middle Euphrates region within two weeks, marking a new medical achievement reflecting the development of specialized services provided to kidney failure patients.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Najaf Health Media Officer Maher Al-Aboudi stated, "The operation was successfully performed at the Specialized Kidney Transplant Center by a specialized surgical team."
