Ministry of Education Directs Support for Student Volunteers in Interior and Defense Ministries

Baghdad: The Ministry of Education has issued a directive for third-year intermediate students to be provided with letters of support and necessary documents to facilitate their volunteering in the Ministries of Interior and Defense. This initiative aims to streamline the process for students who wish to take up volunteer positions in these ministries. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Education, through its General Directorate of Evaluation and Examinations, has instructed all provincial directorates of education to comply with regulations related to the provision of academic documents. This is specifically for third-year intermediate students interested in volunteering with the Ministries of Interior or Defense. The Ministry clarified through an official statement that the procedure involves issuing a letter of confirmation of success to students who have successfully completed their third-year intermediate studies and are interested in volunteering. This letter, which is addressed to the Ministries of Interior or Defense, must include a recent photograph of the student. Furthermore, the statement mentioned that students would receive their official graduation documents after they provide proof of their acceptance into a volunteer position within one of the two ministries, as per the relevant guidelines.
