Baghdad: The governor of Nineveh, Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil, has affirmed his commitment to implementing the outcomes of his recent visit to the United States, emphasizing the significance of agreements reached to bolster development and administrative reform within the province.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Dakhil announced that the international organization “Uptime” is set to establish an office in Mosul. This new office aims to devise a comprehensive development plan anchored in governance principles and digital transformation. Additionally, al-Dakhil highlighted plans to lay the foundation stone for an international research center, a collaborative project with the University of Chicago and the Tarri Institute. These initiatives are expected to promote sustainable development and enhance the operational efficiency of government institutions in Nineveh.
