Baghdad: The Jordanian Armed Forces announced on Monday that they had intercepted and downed three missiles launched from Iran.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Armed Forces stated, “Three missiles launched from Iran and targeting Jordanian territory were intercepted and downed.” They assured that the operation resulted in no casualties or material damage.

The statement further mentioned that engineering teams have commenced their work at the sites where the debris fell, securing the areas according to established technical and security procedures.
