Kuwait city: Kuwait announced that several power and water desalination plants were targeted in Iranian attacks. The Kuwaiti Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy stated, "Several power and water desalination plants were subjected to Iranian attacks last night."

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry added, "These attacks, the fourth consecutive day of such attacks, resulted in fires breaking out in a number of plant facilities." The ministry continued, "A number of generating units were taken offline to ensure the safety of equipment and the stability of the electrical and water systems."
