Diyala: Two women were arrested in Diyala on charges of extorting 70 million dinars from a family. Security forces apprehended the suspects in the Mansouriya district of Diyala province.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a security source revealed that a joint security team, following intelligence efforts, successfully managed to lure the two women who had attempted to extort a family in the Mansouriya district. The source further mentioned that the women were arrested and have been transferred to a security detention center for further investigation.
