Baghdad: Speaker of Parliament Hebat al-Halbousi and a delegation from the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) parliamentary bloc have emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination among political blocs.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Speaker’s media office released a statement indicating that al-Halbousi received the KDP delegation, led by MP Shakhwan Abdullah. The meeting focused on various topics related to parliamentary work and highlighted the necessity of enhancing collaboration and coordination among political factions. This cooperation aims to activate the legislative and oversight roles of Parliament and facilitate the enactment of significant legislation.
