Baghdad: The Security Advisor to the Prime Minister, Qasim al-Araji, met today with Lieutenant General Abdul Amir al-Shammari, the newly appointed Director of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, to extend his congratulations on the appointment.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting involved discussions on various security files and the mechanisms to bolster coordination among the relevant authorities. The aim is to support security and stability, ensure the execution of directives from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and enhance the efficiency of security performance in alignment with the national interest.
