Karbala: The Civil Defense Directorate in the holy province of Karbala announced the arrival of two firefighting aircraft to bolster its operations during the Arbaeen pilgrimage.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the directorate indicated that, as part of the preparations for the Arbaeen pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), the Civil Defense Directorate’s aircraft will participate in implementing the Arbaeen security plan, serving as vigilant guardians in the skies, supporting field efforts, and facilitating rapid response operations, thus enhancing the safety of the millions of pilgrims heading to the holy city of Karbala.
