Baghdad: The Civil Defense Directorate in Karbala has launched a new initiative to support the Arbaeen pilgrimage by providing free fire extinguisher refilling and maintenance services. This service is available to the owners of Husseini processions, reflecting the city's commitment to safety and prevention measures during the significant religious event.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Civil Defense Directorate is urging procession owners to visit the fire station maintenance detachment in Karbala city. Here, they can have their fire extinguishers inspected, refilled, and maintained at no cost. The directorate emphasized the importance for those registered with the Husseini Processions Authority to complete the necessary procedures to take advantage of this service.
