Baghdad: The Baghdad Operations Command has successfully completed the registration process for 3,450 service processions dedicated to assisting Arbaeen pilgrims. These processions will operate in the Karkh and Rusafa districts, aiming to support those journeying to the shrine of Imam Hussein in Karbala for the Arba’een commemoration.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Command revealed that the registration was finalized by coordinating with the Department of Reviving Husseini Rites at the Shiite Endowment Office, alongside various procession committees. The processions have been registered by the 10th of Safar, aligning with the timeline for the pilgrimage. This initiative is intended to ensure organized service provision to the pilgrims making their way to Karbala.

The Command’s statement emphasized that the registration process adhered to all relevant regulations and instructions. This measure aims to enhance the organization and quality of services offered to the pilgrims, while also ensuring the smooth flow of traffic. The widespread participation in these processions is seen as a testament to the commitment to serving the pilgrims of Imam Hussein.
