Basra: The Governor of Basra, Asaad Al-Eidani, met with Kuwait’s First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahd Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, at the Safwan border crossing today. The meeting focused on enhancing security cooperation and coordination between Basra and Kuwait.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting at the Safwan crossing was attended by Aqeel Talib Al-Fariji, head of the Basra Provincial Council’s Security Committee, along with several security commanders. Discussions centered on strategies to bolster security measures and collaboration between the two regions.
