Baghdad: Minister of Justice Khalid Shawani, along with Diyala Governor Adnan al-Shammari and senior undersecretary Ziad al-Tamimi, has officially inaugurated a new judicial complex in the Khanaqin district. This development aims to bolster the infrastructure of judicial institutions and enhance the services available to citizens.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, both the Minister and the Governor highlighted during the opening ceremony that the completion of this project marks a notable enhancement to the judicial sector within the province. The new complex promises to provide a modern and integrated working environment for the judicial departments, which is expected to expedite transaction processing, promote justice, and better serve the residents of the district.

Governor Adnan al-Shammari emphasized the local government’s ongoing support for service and institutional projects that aim to develop the administrative and service sectors. He commended the Ministry of Justice for its cooperation in executing projects that address the citizens’ needs and improve government performance.

Minister Khalid Shawani pointed out that the inauguration of the complex is part of the ministry’s broader strategy to upgrade the infrastructure of judicial institutions across various provinces. This initiative is designed to align with the demands of judicial and administrative work, ensuring a conducive environment for both employees and visitors.
