Baghdad: Paris Saint-Germain set a price tag of 170 million on Sunday for the transfer of their French winger Bradley Barcola during the summer transfer window, amid interest from Liverpool.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the player rejected a contract extension offer three months ago, leading to a current standstill in negotiations between the two parties. The report indicated that Paris Saint-Germain is not opposed to selling the player this summer but is demanding a substantial financial offer, while Liverpool is seeking to lower the asking price should they submit a formal bid.

The team’s coach, Luis Enrique, confirmed his commitment to retaining players who are dedicated to the club’s project, emphasizing that no player is guaranteed a starting position.
