Baghdad: The head of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, MP Uday Awad al-Tamimi, has announced active monitoring of the salaries and financial liquidity situation, emphasizing efforts to speed up disbursement processes.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, MP Uday Awad al-Tamimi stated that the committee is closely following up with relevant government bodies on the issue of delayed employee salaries. The committee is focused on identifying the causes of these delays, particularly those linked to securing the necessary funds.

In his statement, al-Tamimi mentioned ongoing intensive communication with the Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank, and other pertinent entities. These efforts aim to tackle the technical and administrative issues causing the delays and to ensure that salaries are delivered to employees promptly.
