Karbala: The Karbala branch of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate has initiated discussions with local security leadership to establish effective media mechanisms for covering the Arbaeen pilgrimage. The recent coordination meeting included media directors from the Karbala Operations Command, police officials, and several field journalists, aiming to streamline media coverage of the events at the shrine of Imam Hussein.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the discussions focused on enhancing cooperation between media institutions and security forces. The goal is to tackle any obstacles journalists might encounter during their coverage, ensuring they can move freely and complete their tasks in accordance with set regulations.
