Baghdad: The House of Representatives is set to resume the use of “audio signals” as a means to hold its sessions. The General Secretariat of the Council of Representatives has reinstated this method to summon members, marking a shift from the previously adopted practice of using the national anthem.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the audio signal “Honorable Members of Parliament, please proceed to the plenary hall” will be used as the official notification. This change aims to streamline the process of preparing for and holding sessions within the House of Representatives.
