Baghdad: The Coordination Framework has reiterated its continued rejection of using state territories to launch attacks against other countries. This reaffirmation came during the Framework’s 285th regular meeting, held on Monday evening at the office of the head of the Iraqi Foundation Coalition, Mohsen al-Mandalawi, with Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi in attendance.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Coordination Framework’s media office released a statement highlighting the meeting’s key discussions. Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi reviewed the outcomes of his recent visit to Tehran and his meetings with Iranian leaders. The Coordination Framework leaders praised these foreign visits, acknowledging their importance in strengthening bilateral relations.

The Coordination Framework also expressed strong support for the relevant authorities in their fight against corruption and endorsed efforts to consolidate weapons under state control. The statement stressed the Framework’s firm stance against using state territories for launching attacks on other nations, emphasizing the desire to avoid escalating conflicts that do not serve the interests of any party involved.

Additionally, the statement included a message from the caliph, who greeted pilgrims traveling to the holy city of Karbala, encouraging them to draw inspiration from the historic events associated with the city.
