Najaf: The House of Manuscripts is holding its annual Husseini Heritage Exhibition on the route of visitors to the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him). The Iraqi House of Manuscripts organized this exhibition along the pilgrims' route between Najaf and Karbala, coinciding with the Arba'een pilgrimage. This cultural initiative aims to revive manuscript heritage and introduce the scientific and literary legacy associated with Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and his pioneering movement.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Dr. Ahmed Al-Ulayawi, Director General of the Iraqi House of Manuscripts, stated that the exhibition, now in its fourth consecutive year, represents a cultural initiative to familiarize Arba'een pilgrims with manuscript heritage and the art of Arabic calligraphy linked to Imam Hussein (peace be upon him). He emphasized its distinction as the first of its kind among the participation of official, local, and international entities.

He noted that the exhibition witnessed a large turnout of visitors who viewed the manuscripts, calligraphic panels, and souvenirs. He also mentioned the center's aspiration to establish a permanent cultural center along the visitors' route, which would host cultural and heritage events in the coming seasons.

The exhibition included a collection of illustrated manuscripts and rare calligraphic panels that addressed topics related to the history of Imam Hussein ibn Ali (peace be upon them), the Battle of Karbala, and the events that preceded and followed it. It also featured selections of poetry and prose that documented this life over more than a thousand years, reflecting the richness of Islamic and Iraqi heritage.
