Baghdad: Official documents reveal a significant shift in leadership within the General Company for Electricity Production in the Southern Region. Electricity Minister Ali Saadi Wahab has issued a ministerial order to terminate the assignment of the current Director General, Senior Chief Engineer Haider Ali Hussein.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Senior Chief Engineer Fais Ali Abdul Hadi Jassim has been appointed as the new Director General of the General Company for Electricity Production in the Southern Region. This appointment is set for a period of three months, during which his performance will be closely evaluated. This move is seen as part of an ongoing effort to enhance the efficiency and management within the region's electricity production sector.
