Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein Participates in Arab Ministerial Meeting on Jerusalem

Amman: Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein arrived in the Jordanian capital, Amman, to participate in the Arab ministerial meeting dedicated to discussing the latest developments concerning Jerusalem and coordinating Arab positions on issues of common interest.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release that the Minister is scheduled to participate in the meeting, which will discuss ways to strengthen Arab efforts aimed at protecting Jerusalem and preserving its Arab and Islamic identity. The meeting will also address developments related to the Palestinian cause.

On the sidelines of the meeting, Fuad Hussein will engage in a series of bilateral meetings with several of his counterparts, the Arab foreign ministers, as well as senior officials in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. These discussions will focus on bilateral relations between Iraq and those countries and exchange views on the most prominent regional and international issues, contributing to strengthening cooperation and joint coordination.
