Nineveh: The largest competition for memorizing the Prophet's sayings (Hadith) has commenced, drawing participation from more than 19,000 contestants in Nineveh and other provinces. This event marks a significant gathering aimed at fostering religious culture and promoting the Prophet's Sunnah among various groups through a volunteer-led initiative.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the competition's supervisor, Ahmed Al-Omari, highlighted the substantial interest this event has garnered. Participants are eager to engage in this annual competition, which offers valuable prizes for winners such as cars and Umrah trips, along with other incentive prizes. The competition is designed to consolidate Islamic values and motivate young people to memorize the Prophet's sayings within a competitive environment.
