Karbala: The Governor of Karbala, Nassif Jassim Al-Khattabi, received the Governor of Mashhad, Gholam Mozaffari, along with his accompanying delegation, in the presence of the First Deputy Governor, Ali Al-Mayali. During the meeting, the officials discussed strategies to enhance cooperation and coordination between their regions.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the discussions focused on activating memoranda of understanding, particularly in the areas of exchanging expertise and fostering scientific and technical cooperation. These efforts aim to develop and strengthen joint work between the two regions.
