Karbala: The Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) announced on Saturday that they have provided more than 17 million liters of water to serve pilgrims during the Arba'een pilgrimage.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the PMF's service and engineering units are actively implementing their plan to support the Husseini processions in the holy city of Karbala. The initiative focuses on providing essential supplies to pilgrims and enhancing services during the pilgrimage season.
The statement from PMF highlighted that since the plan's launch, the service units have effectively distributed over 17 million liters of water. This has been accomplished through a fleet of tankers and specialized vehicles, ensuring a continuous water supply to serve the processions and pilgrims commemorating the pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).
