Baghdad: The Ministry of Interior has officially denied the reports circulating on social media platforms regarding a distressing video that allegedly depicted a man abusing his young daughter. The Ministry has clarified that the incident in question occurred not within Iraq, but in a neighboring country.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement confirming that through comprehensive monitoring, analysis, and verification processes, they determined the video's origin was outside Iraq's borders. They highlighted the importance of accuracy in reporting and urged media outlets, social media users, and bloggers to ensure the integrity of their news sources.
